Architecture
A building we treat not only as a place of dwelling or commerce but as an Art. Our architects weave magic in buildings and we have won various awards for architecture.

Interior Design

We have our own group of designers who have come from reputed institutes of design and more than 10 years of excellence in the field . Interiors are an integral part of our plan and we believe that it defines the whole building. Kitchens, bedrooms and even bathrooms look pleasing and wonderful .Our designs are aesthetic as well as contemporary .Our designers keep track of the latest trends in the market and we have a large pool of designs to choose from .Functional components include: Furniture, Wall Treatment, Flooring, and Accessories.

Exterior Design
A Building is defined with its External Beauty ,style and structure. We are defined by what we build and utmost care is taken and time and effort spent to get the perfect design Our designs are both contemporary and modern . Acoustic, Thermal and Dust proofing are incorporated in our design. Our Buildings are all green and eco-friendly and we see to it that our carbon footprint is less.

Duties /Responsibilities                                    Management of contracts entered into                                                                  between client and contractors.

-       Overseeing and approval of rectification work

-       Preparation of payment certificates on behalf of client, Control of variation orders (VO) and site instructions (SI), Ensuring Engineering certification on all structural work completed, Management and finalization of snag lists at the completion of contract.

-       Monitor and manage contractor performance on site

-       Quality, materials and workmanship.

-       Ensure that all houses comply with Southern Cape Coastal Condensation Area (SCCCA) requirements

-       Capturing all data electronically

-       Ensuring the correct specifications are adhered to and used by the contractor. 

-       Re-measuring of quantities before and after rectification work.

-       Issuing reports on monthly bases for the client Develop and manage practical, works and final completion process

-       Co ordination of process and developing the necessary documentation to manage the project.   

-       Compiling of Close out Reports

-       Final accounts on document and CD
